Why am I an employee you are looking for?

At first - I’m a problem solver. I always try to be individual and resolve the problem myself. If I can’t - I’m starting a discussion to develop a resolution, rather than expect final answer. I’m constantly learning. I spent hundreds of hours developing my coding skills which I have been putting to work during my 10 months commercial work experience. I still widen my competence in different frameworks and coding languages like JS.

I also pay attention to the details (being pixel perfect) and and effectiveness (trying to be good teamplayer and maintain good workflow). Besides strict coding abilities I’m following good practices in UX/UI and design or abilities that simplify work (Emmet, Less/Sass etc.)
